The Honolulu Zoo Invites Children
Ages 8-13 to Win a Chance to Name Moxy’s Cubs

  1. Must be a Hawaii Resident and 8-13 years old to enter the contest.
  2. Write Haiku poem about Lions. Haiku has 3 lines: the first line has 5 syllables, the second line has 7 syllables, the third line has 5 syllables. For more information visit:
  3. Write or type your poem on the lines in the Lion Drawing. Color the Lion but make sure your poem is legible.
  4. Mail this entry form and Lion Haiku poem to HZS Education, 151 Kapahulu Ave., Honolulu, HI 96815. To be eligible your entry must be received by 3-22-13.

One Winner from each age group (8-9 years, 10-11 years, 12-13 years) will be chosen to pick (1) name for (1) cub from a list of names selected by the Honolulu zoo keepers.
